Day 5
Breakfast: shredded carrots, dressed with lemon.
Lunch: fried fish, tomato.
Dinner: lean beef, green salad.

Day 6
Breakfast: black coffee with a biscuit.
Lunch: piece of chicken, fried without fat, green salad.
Dinner: lean beef, green salad.

Day 7
Breakfast: tea without sugar.
Lunch: lean pork or other meat cooked on a skewer, green salad.
Dinner: on this day, you can choose any food that you want, without sugar, try to limit the amount eaten.

From 8-th to 13-th day of the diet, repeat the first six days in any order.
